How much would fat would you like to loose a week?
Usually around 1lb a week is manageable and since 1lb of fat is about 3500 calories, you'd need to be in a calorie deficit of around 500 calories per day (including weekends).
This Figure is manageable and achievable.
If you find that this is too much and too aggressive drop the calorie deficit by around 200 or 300 till you find the happy medium, the weight loss may be slower but far more sustainable.
