Calorie Deficit

There are many people out in the fitness industry to sell you a 'new way' to loose weight, they do this to make money and make a name for themselves to stand out.

In my eyes there is only one way to put on weight right.... by overeating calories over time, therefore putting gradual weight on.

So by reversing the process and cutting calories over time, creating a calorie deficit you will loose weight. This is an every day thing and not just monday to friday and eat whatever you want on a weekend.
