We all get told by the experts that we need to do more exercise, to do 10,000 steps a day, to make sure we get up off our desks every hour, to park further away from the office or supermarket, to stretch more, to make sure you do 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week.
We all know that exercise is good for us but how good is it?
When we exercise, wether it is just moving away from your desk more or going for a workout we release endorphins into our bloodstream, which in turn makes us feel better.
